Game Informer outs new Xbox 360 and PS3 title

The January edition of Game Informer will feature the first details on a new South Park RPG being developed by Obsidian and published by THQ.

Series creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone are penning the script, performing the dialogue and overseeing development of South Park: The Game, according to the mag.
"Unlike the cash-in Acclaim titles from over a decade ago, this ambitious project is a full-scale RPG for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3," it says.

"As the new kid in South Park, it'll be up to you to make friends and defend the town from a wide range of threats."
The January issue of Game Informer, which features an interview with Parker and Stone, will be arriving with subscribers throughout the next week.
